As the problem affects both sides, the problem should be somewhere before the point that the circuits separate at the fuse box. Check the 30A PWR/WINDOW fuse and socket for possible corrosion. Maybe try using some contact cleaner and a new fuse. Make sure that the fuse fits tightly in the contacts. D.
